Topic: How many languages can a person learn
July 24, 2019 / By Alwin Question:
..for instance, like Chinese people...seem to learn the language within just 2 years.
I'm just curious. I live in NYC and I have run into so many hispanic people who cannot speak English..and I can't speak Spanish either..so I always think they are new to the country..but end up finding out, most of the time, they have been here for 5-35 years. Is English really that hard of a language? If so, why does it seem like Asians learn it faster?
I'm thinking of taking a Spanish course because I can't seem to land any jobs these days without being bilingual..and I noticed most jobs ask for Spanish speakers..not chinese or european languages generally.
LexDiamond you're an idiot. I live in Flushing and work in Chinatown. The number of non-english speaking chinese is NOTHING in comparison to hispanics who cannot speak english. I guess the person below made sense with the whole 7 year thing...no wonder most foreigners, other than spanish people, learn english.
Where to download the manual how many languages can a person learn PDF? Thanks!
